Sloth

This tropical forest dweller spends most of the time hanging upside down. Their coat grows backwards so that rain water slides easily off the sloth's body without getting it's skin wet. Babies are born at the beginning of the dry season and are only the size of a man's thumb. The specific reason for the sloth's population decline is unknown, making it difficult to protect them.
